Should I arrive early?

You should try to arrive about 20 minutes before your scheduled start time.

Can we bring a camera?

Of course, you are welcome to bring your own camera. Our photographer will be also there to capture that family photo experience which is included in your price.

Will Santa know anything about my child?

You are welcome to include a few lines in the comment box when making your booking.
Please include your children’s names and ages.

It is really important that you just fill in a few words for Santa as he will be much more likely to use this information in conversation. We cannot guarantee that Santa will refer to this information but we will do our best to make sure this happens.

 

Refund Policy / Terms and Conditions

If you cancel more than ten days before your booking date we will offer a full refund. If you need to cancel less than five days and up to 24 hours from your booking time we will offer a 50% refund.

We reserve the right to cancel programmes.
In the event of a programme being cancelled, you will be offered a full refund.

All tickets are transferable subject to availability.
